Chapter 1 - Part 3: Hatred...

"You wouldn't want to know this." Kakarot continued reading his book.

"I know I want to." the new student replied.

"Okay..." Kakarot put the Science book on his desk. "If I tell you, promise to me, don't tell anyone else." he whispered to Goku.

"I promised." Goku nodded once.

"I was born without seeing my parents' faces... I lived with a friend who is almost the same as me. Haven't been with his parents since small. When I was a six year old boy... he's the only one who understood me. Everyone in my neighbourhood, hates me. I'll always being ignored. But not my friend, everyone likes him. I had no idea why does everyone do that to me. I'd rather die than seeing those kinds of people. But... after I met him, I knew that, we can't give up earlier. He taught me something new, talked to me and spent times to hear my problems." Kakarot explained.

"Well... what's the relationship with "I'm not a good person."?" Goku asked gently.

"I betrayed him..." he faces down.

"Betrayed? How come?" Goku blinks.

"Heh... That time I was in trouble with my school's Science experiment. I asked him for help... Then he helped me. At school, when the teacher was checking our experiment's result, he asked is it really me who did this good job. I said I was. And my friend shocked. He thought he was the one who helped me. During the journey from school to our house, he asked me why do I answered that I was the one who did it. I said, "So what? It was my experiment, I need to say I did it although you helped me. You are so easy to be used. Heh..." then I laughed and left him behind. Bad eh?" he explained more than before.

"What? How could you do that to him!? He helped you and you betrayed him! How dare you!" Goku suddenly yelled and everyone looked at them with the confused faces.

"There... I told you before, you wouldn't want to know this." Kakarot smirked. "May be one day, you'll be used by me too..."

Goku glares. "I..."

"Admit it, Son Goku. I know you'll hate me." he picked up his book once again.

"No... I would want to help you." Goku pins the desk.

"Help me? With what?" Kakarot stopped reading. He seems to be shocked.

"I would want to help you! Help you to apologize to him! I know you wanted to do that but you just don't feel right because you are negative!" Goku yelled at his face. The teacher and other students were all confused. They don't know what makes Goku acted like that.

"I never asked anyone to forgive me... So, just shut up, idiot! You don't know what I want and you just keep asking annoying questions!" Kakarot scold him. "Fuck off!"

"Why do you say that to me!? I tried to help you!?" Goku glares again.

"You won't help me 'cause you ARE just an ANNOYER!" he stood up.

"I am WHAT?"

"ANNOYER!!!"

"But I'm trying to help you!"

"That's annoying! I don't need your help!"

"Why???"

"Did I tell you, YOU ARE JUST AN ANNOYER!"

"I am not!"

"You ARE!"

The class were all silence. "You both, enough! Now it's time to study! Not to fight with each other." Mrs. Ryuuko warned them.

"But teacher, he started all these!" Goku replied.

"I didn't, you were the one who started it!" Kakarot glares.

"I wasn't! I was trying to help you, not to annoy you!"

"Can you just be quiet??? I HATE YOU!!! Don't sit next to me!"

"But..."

"SHUT UP!!!"

"..." Goku faces down. He picked up his bag and started to walk to the door. "Fine..." he disappointed. "I was trying to help you... but... nevermind..." he left the class.

"Go...ku..." Kakarot sat on his chair with the sorry face.

The students felt sorry to Goku. Kakarot shouldn't have said that to him. Even Mrs. Ryuuko was speechless.

"That boy, he shouldn't get out from the class without permission." suddenly she talked.

After school...

Goku was sitting on the bench near the school. He was sad. The tears... he can't believe that Kakarot would say such things. "Dad... if only you were here with me..." he spoke softly. "Where are you? Please come back soon..." he sighed. "I miss you..."

"I thought you were going home..." a voice heard from behind him. The familiar voice. Goku turned back and saw Kakarot.

"I just felt... I shouldn't left the class like that..." he said.

Kakarot sat next to him and asked, "Guess what?"

"What?" Goku stares at him.

"You were so stupid."

"I was?..."

"Yes you were. You should hate me after I said I hate you."

"...no. Why should I? You had points there..."

"I thought you would hate me when I scold you like that."

"Oh... It's not something to be hated. I think you were right... about everything..."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes..." Goku faces down and then smiled. "Actually... you didn't know what to say, so that's why you said such things..."

"You..." Kakarot blushed. "You know what I felt..."

"I just guess it out... Your life is full of hatred and you are negative... Usually, when a person is like that, he'll have nothing to say except scolding someone he thinks annoying."

"Awesome..."

"What's awesome?"

"Awesome guess... I like the way you said it..."

"T-thanks..." Goku blushed.

"But..."

"But?"

"There's something missing..."

"What is it?"

"How do you know... my life is full of hatred?"

Goku smirked. "Remember when you tell me about yourself?"

"Y-yes?"

"You said... "Everyone in my neighbourhood, hates me. I'll always being ignored."."

"Oh yes... You can tell by that..."

"And by that too, I know you are alone although you are living with your friend..."

"I see..."

"I was like you..."

"You were? What do you mean?"

"Everyone hates me too..."

"Oh wow..."

"But that happens after a few days I killed my mom..."

"How... cruel... you... were..." Kakarot shocked.

"Yeah... I know I was. Even the policers tried to caught me... but they can't."

"Why?"

"Because that time... I was six... They can't punished a kid..."

"Oh lucky."

"Uhuh... But... at home, my father always scold me, ignored me... But I know... he still loves me."

"How long is that?"

"About... four years..."

"Then is he still acting like that?"

"No... after the police found the truth that, I wasn't killed my mom just for fun, I killed her because she tried to kill me..."

"Okay, then he changed?"

"Yup..."

"Why does your mom tried to kill you? For what?"

"I don't know... She suddenly brought a knife and almost stabbed me with it. I used a glass bottle to hit her head..."

"She wasn't really loved you Goku."

"I think she loved me but she had to that because of something... may be she was stressed..."

"Do you hate her after that?"

"No... I love her. She was the only mom I had..."

"You are so nice... I wish I could be just like you... You're a good person. You never hated anyone..."

"Thanks... You could be just like me if you be nice too." Goku smiled and then faces down.

"I will... one day..."

"Okay." Goku smiled once again. "I'll wait for you."

"R-really?" Kakarot's face were all red.

"Yes. Hehe." Goku laughed after seeing Kakarot blushed too much. "I'm going home now. It's 3:45 o'clock already. We should had went home."

"Right."

"See you tomorrow, friend."

"B-bye... friend?"

Goku smiled. Then he left Kakarot alone.

"Friend... no one ever called me that... except Turles..." he felt happy.
